One Bedroom Apartments - The one bedroom apartments have a large lounge and full kitchen as well as the separate bedroom. The bedrooms have either a queen or king size bed. There is a second TV in the bedrooms as well as a sliding door out onto the large balcony overlooking the ocean. The bathroom has a separate bathtub as well as shower, hand basin and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a full oven and ceramic cooktops, all cooking utensils, large refrigerator, dishwasher and ample bench space for guests to prepare meals to enjoy on the balcony. There is a washing machine and dryer located in the room for those guests who wish to keep the laundry up to date. The lounge room has modern decorated furniture including a double sofa bed which can be used to sleep another 2 guests. This lounge opens up onto the feature of the rooms which is the large balcony overlooking the ocean with outdoor table and chairs. The bottom floors have a patio with direct access to the beach.

Cancellation Policy.
Bookings of 3 or more days – 28 days notice
Bookings of less than 3 days – 72 hours notice
If a booking is cancelled within the above time period the full amount of the stay is required to be paid unless the apartment is rebooked for the same period as originally booked.
Cancellations before these periods will attract a $55 administration fee. There will be no refund for early departures.
