About Us

Our Organisation

Bowen Tourism and Business is a not for profit organization whose main role is to promote and showcase our beautiful region and its businesses.
Bowen Tourism and Business operates two information outlets in Bowen and one in Collinsville. The Bowen Visitor Information Centre on the Bruce Highway, south of Bowen, is also our head office. About 40,000 visitors stop at the busy Information Centre, adjacent to the Big Mango, every year.

Bowen Tourism and Business represents various businesses and organisations throughout the region, as well as some tourist businesses along the Queensland coast. Our member database is forever growing and we are continuously welcoming new members. Being a Bowen Tourism and Business member offers a number of benefits. We can assist with your promotional needs, such as allowing you to freely promote through our monthly newsletters and website updates, you will receive invitations to our networking function and also have the chance to host your own, there are exclusive signage opportunities at our award winning information centre.
Without our members, Bowen Tourism & Business would not be sustainable, hence we do everything in our power to promote, recommend and build a strong working partnership with our members.
