Your tour includes a professional expert commentary from local experienced guides, courtesy bus transfers and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. We operate in all safe weather conditions with calm water cruising even in strong wind. The Safari tour site, located in a picturesque bushland setting, is located on the bank of Proserpine River, and includes a toilet, tables, seating, and all-weather cover.

Passenger Categories:
•A CHILD is aged from 5 to 17 years
•A PRESCHOOL CHILD is aged from 1 to 4 years
•An INFANT is aged less than 1 year
Note: Children must be accompanied by a responsible fare paying adult over 18 years

•Bookings and tour operations are subject to availability and minimum passenger numbers
•Fares are subject to change without notice up until time of booking
•Special dietary requirements must be requested at the time of booking
•All passengers must be manifested with the operator and pick up locations and times must be re-confirmed with reservations on 07 4948 3310 at least 24 hours prior to the date of travel

Cancellation Policy:
The operator may cancel the tour under but not limited to the following circumstances:
•Minimum Numbers of 8 pax are not achieved for the tour
•Severe Weather Conditions prevail
•Equipment Failure is experienced
•Other Factors beyond the control of the operator which prevent normal tour operation
In such events the operator's liability will be limited to a refund of the fare amount paid by the passenger.
The operator will attempt to provide as much prior notice as possible for such cancellations but retains the right to cancel the tour up to and including the day of the tour.

Booking Changes & Cancellations by the Customer:
•Subject to availability the booking date may be changed up to 24 hours prior to the date of travel with no penalty
•During school holidays changes to bookings are at the discretion of the operator and will be subject to demand
•Cancellation fee of 100% of fare paid applies if a passenger cancels a booking within 24 hours of the date of travel or is a "No Show" on the day of travel

The tour is operated in the wild in natural habitat therefore crocodile sightings are NOT guaranteed. Since the tour commenced in December 2000 we have enjoyed a 99.8% success rate in crocodile sightings from more than 5500 cruises conducted.
